As a Project Lead for INDG’s Fashion vertical, you’ll guide teams, partner with clients, and ensure the delivery of ambitious ideas in the fashion industry. This role combines leadership, delivery ownership, and client partnership. You’ll shape how projects run, how teams collaborate, and how clients experience working with INDG. It’s a hands-on role with real impact on quality, speed, and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of project managers and coordinators, setting clear expectations and a consistent standard for project delivery across the INDG Fashion vertical.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality are aligned from kick-off through final delivery.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and workflows that help teams move faster without compromising quality.
• Act as the central connector between CGI, production, technology, and client teams, anticipating risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships grounded in transparency and reliability.
• Translate client goals into clear scopes and actionable project plans, providing strategic input that goes beyond execution.
• Partner with sales and account teams to identify upsell and account expansion opportunities and help turn them into concrete outcomes.
• Monitor project health and progress closely (resourcing, risks, timelines, and delivery quality) and step in decisively when adjustments are needed.
• Own revenue progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting alignment with vertical lead and finance teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within the project management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the fashion industry, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience leading project teams in a complex, client-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide teams through pressure and ambiguity.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, applied pragmatically rather than rigidly.
• Exposure to commercial discussions such as upselling, account growth, or long-term client partnerships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and with clients at different levels.
• Experience in digital production, CGI, or a technology-driven creative environment.
• Background in fashion, retail, or consumer product industries.
