About the Position
Project Lead Team Lead Collaboration Systems (M365) (I10145)
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a 14-month role in Brussels, Belgium, focusing on leading IT implementation projects.
Responsibilities
As a project lead, you will manage various IT implementation projects from start to finish: from presales to concept development, solution construction, change management, and production deployment.
- Establish project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Facilitate and ensure communication between all parties involved in the project
- Monitor the project budget closely and control quality
- Regularly and systematically report on projects to clients and management
- Quickly report issues and focus on results
As a team leader, you will be the hierarchical leader of your team, which includes both internal employees and consultants. You will coordinate and motivate your team, conduct performance and evaluation interviews, and support their development. You will manage the team's capacity planning and ensure proper resource allocation. You will contribute to recruiting the right profiles and ensure the smooth operation of the team.
As the head of the competence center, you will proactively ensure the development of the team's competencies to align them with future client needs. You will ensure knowledge sharing and reuse within projects managed by the team or more broadly by our clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- PRINCE2 certified (requirement)
- ITIL certification is desired
- Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in project management, and familiarity with Agile development methods
- Proven experience in people management: a role as a hierarchical leader, with responsibility for the evaluation, motivation, and development of your team members
- Good active knowledge of the second national language; good command of English is an additional asset
- Experience in a Microsoft 365 environment is a plus, as is knowledge of SharePoint and associated tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.). The absence of specific experience with these technologies is not a disqualifying factor: we are primarily looking for a project manager and team leader who can learn the platform
