About the Position
Job Title: Project Management Graduate - Finland
Job Location: Helsinki, Finland

Responsibilities
- Planning & Progress: Develop master and sub-plans, track milestones against schedule, and update plans when scope or risks change.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify major development risks early and coordinate technical problem-solving for on-site installation and testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Technical, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure closed-loop tracking in meetings, manage partners effectively.
- Budget & Financials: Assist the cost management team with budgets, track delivery variances, and support financial quality and cost analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations with external clients, subcontractors, and project sponsors.
- Tools & Systems: Proficiently use Huawei internal systems for logistics, resource coordination, and official data publication.

Skills & Preferred Background

- Language Skills: English fluency is mandatory, and proficiency in Finnish is considered a significant advantage.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fresh graduates or 1 year after graduation are welcome.
