- Team Leadership & Coaching: Guide regional Project Managers on high-risk projects and mentor team members to develop project leaders capable of leading teams across all regions.
- Scope Governance: Enforce a rigorous sign-off process for enterprise projects across Sales, Services, and Support teams prior to project commencement.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee global resourcing discipline and delivery timelines across concurrent projects, proactively resolving schedule conflicts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent Project Management in cross-departmental strategy conversations to ensure commitments, handoffs, and scopes align with operational capabilities.
