About Project Management Office

ELEKS’ Project Management Office (PMO) drives the delivery of all of our services and solutions. Dedicated PMs see a project through the entirety of its life cycle: setting it in motion, providing a careful steer and taking an active role in budget negotiations through close liaison with the client.

Once a project launches, our Project Managers assure that its operations and delivery are seamless, sharing responsibility for a client’s financial success with all key stakeholders. The PM also initiates improvements that will add real business value.
