About the Position
We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) for a permanent role in Bayern, focusing on project planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop a project strategy based on agreed objectives, resources, potential risks, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Define intermediate goals and project planning (including priorities).
- Manage and execute all tasks.
- Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings to align resources, budget, and schedule.
- Improve processes and standards and implement a risk management process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (engineer or similar).
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing industrial projects.
- Direct team management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German (level B2-C1).
- Industrial background or strong interest in the field.
- Commitment culture, analytical mindset, and ability to take a step back to provide added value to our clients.
- Proactive, kind, rigorous, open-minded, and excellent interpersonal skills.
