Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Project Management Support (m/f) - Remote

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain and update project schedules, resource allocations, and documentation.
• Handle and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
• Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Hard Skills:

  • Project Management Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools to track resources, schedules, and milestones.
  • Understanding of project life cycles.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to maintain and update project schedules, resource allocations, and documentation.
  • Capacity to handle and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior project managers.
  • Ability to prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with different teams and stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-ups.
