QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries - from eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
We are looking for a proactive and initiative-taking Project Manager (with at least 1.5 years of experience) to manage IT projects in the testing domain. The role involves coordinating the QA team, interacting with clients, and participating in internal company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of software testing projects
- Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients
- Planning work and defining task priorities
- Ensuring the quality of software testing: reviewing reports, artifacts, and performing risk analysis
- Identifying potential issues and initiating solutions to prevent or resolve them
- Monitoring deadlines and scope of work, and providing timely updates to the client about the project status
- Contributing to project scaling: suggesting team expansion, improving existing services, or introducing new ones
- Organizing the testing team (on-project training, onboarding, adaptation, interview preparation)
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Have 1.5 to 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including several full-cycle projects
- Understanding of the IT product lifecycle and key stages of product development
- Understanding of project lifecycle stages (SDLC, STLC)
- Know English at an Upper-Intermediate level
- Ability to prioritize tasks and build work plans according to these priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain productive relationships within the team and with stakeholders
- Commitment to high work standards, focus on service quality, and responsibility toward the client
- Having a technical background in Development or QA (education, completed courses, etc.) will be considered an advantage
