Project Manager

About the Position

East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID / UK Aid Project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS), announces a competition for the position of Project Manager to work on a large-scale national project. We are looking for a team member with an important role in constructing and developing a new project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project development strategy.
• Create a map of project stakeholders and communicate with them.
• Search for donor funding, cooperation with partners.
• Search, formation, management of the team.
• Ideation, methodological prioritization and feature development to activate and engage users.
• Conduct product research to identify engagement trends, customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
• Formation of detailed user flow in Figma to visualize functionality logic. Collaborate with UX/UI teams as needed to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that promote engagement and ease of use.
• Close collaboration with the development team to translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Developing strategies and initiatives to optimize user experience, increase user satisfaction and drive long-term engagement.
• Use of data and analytics to manage decision-making processes, monitor success and effectiveness of functionalities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to identify innovative engagement strategies.
• Working closely with key stakeholders to obtain feedback and take their wishes into account when improving the product.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders on product roadmap, feature releases and performance metrics.

Requirements

• More than three (3+) years of experience as a Project or Product Manager.
• Confirmed experience of successful management and development of B2C products.
• Technical background and in-depth understanding of the technological part will be an advantage.
• Higher technical education.
• Willingness to work remotely.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, user research and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Figma, Amplitude, Firebase (Customer.io, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the English language at an above-average level.
