About the Position
East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Aid Project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS), announces a competition for the position of Project Manager to work on a large-scale national project. We are looking for team members with an important role in constructing and developing a new project.
Responsibilities
- Development of project development strategy and relevant target programs.
- Creating a map of project stakeholders, communicating with them and taking into account their wishes when improving the product.
- Search for donor funding, cooperation with partners.
- Search, formation, management of the team.
- Ideation, methodological prioritization and feature development to activate and engage users.
- Conducting product research to identify engagement trends, customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
- Working closely with the development team to translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Developing strategies and initiatives to optimize user experience, improve user satisfaction and drive long-term engagement.
- Use of data and analytics to manage decision-making processes, monitor success and effectiveness of functionalities.
- Awareness of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to identify innovative engagement strategies.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on product roadmap, feature releases and performance metrics.
Requirements
- More than three (3+) years of experience as a Project or Product Manager.
- Proven experience of successfully managing 2 projects.
- Higher education in the field of Management, Business Administration, IT, or relevant fields.
- Willingness to work remotely.
Nice to Have
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, user research, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the English language at an above-average level.
