Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Aid Project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS), announces a competition for the position of Project Manager to work on a large-scale national project. We are looking for team members with an important role in constructing and developing a new project.

Responsibilities

  • Development of project development strategy and relevant target programs.
  • Creating a map of project stakeholders, communicating with them and taking into account their wishes when improving the product.
  • Search for donor funding, cooperation with partners.
  • Search, formation, management of the team.
  • Ideation, methodological prioritization and feature development to activate and engage users.
  • Conducting product research to identify engagement trends, customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
  • Working closely with the development team to translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
  • Developing strategies and initiatives to optimize user experience, improve user satisfaction and drive long-term engagement.
  • Use of data and analytics to manage decision-making processes, monitor success and effectiveness of functionalities.
  • Awareness of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to identify innovative engagement strategies.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on product roadmap, feature releases and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • More than three (3+) years of experience as a Project or Product Manager.
  • Proven experience of successfully managing 2 projects.
  • Higher education in the field of Management, Business Administration, IT, or relevant fields.
  • Willingness to work remotely.

Nice to Have

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, user research, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the English language at an above-average level.
