Responsibilities
- Provide project management and technical advisory services in support of M&A DD & LTA projects across different disciplines.
- Lead overall project management and customer communication as the primary point of contact for the execution of due diligence and LTA and/or turbine inspection engagements.
- Leverage experience, expertise, and creative thought to perform and/or manage technical analysis for wind projects.
- Coordinate technical reviews among internal specialists including the civil and electrical engineering, energy assessment, technology, and permitting teams.
- Lead the reporting process, including writing, editing, and synthesizing inputs from technical disciplines into technical due diligence reports.
- Develop winning proposals for scopes of services related to due diligence work.
- Support in the business development of DD and LTA opportunities for wind opportunities in South Korea and the region.
- Support in the business development for End of Warranty and other inspection related services in South Korea and the region.
- Support customers through the financial closings of projects through Q&A and deliverables updates.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for the M&A team.
- Prioritize QHSE considerations within the team to ensure safe execution and a healthy work environment.
- Adhere to the DNV system for quality management.
Requirements

Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, energy systems, environmental science, business, or closely related field from an accredited four-year university (advanced degree in engineering or business preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Korean.

Preferred:
- Strong understanding of the South Korea energy market and offshore wind.
- Previous exposure to project financing and working knowledge of project finance fundamentals, transaction mechanics, and financial closing processes.
- Leadership talent, strong team orientation, and the ability to collaborate, motivate, and lead by example.
- Strong technical and organizational skills.
- Commitment to customer centricity, and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with diverse customers and co-workers.
- Flexibility and adaptability to succeed within a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Possession of a current driver’s license.
- Regular domestic and international travel to customer offices and sites, other office locations, and conferences, up to approximately 15% of the time.
