About the Position
Project Manager
Erie, Pennsylvania
$80,000 - $135,000 per year
Responsibilities

Your new role will involve:
- Leading heavy civil and construction projects based in Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio
- Managing projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, production timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field crews
- Tracking project costs, monthly billings, and change orders
- Reviewing contracts, project drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Communicating with clients, municipalities, engineers, and internal teams
- Supporting field operations to ensure successful project execution
- Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving construction and operational challenges
- Maintaining profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency across multiple projects
- Managing public infrastructure and projects including sewer systems, water mains, roadway construction, bridge work, and municipal public works
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or industrial construction
- Strong understanding of public infrastructure construction and project management
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Experience managing change orders, project billing, and production timelines
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred experience with sewer and water systems, roadway construction, bridge construction, and municipal public works projects
