About the Position
Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Fueled, you will bring both skilled tactical delivery and strategic, outcomes-focused thinking to every project you lead. You’ll be a key contributor to successful client delivery, joining a team of collaborative, cross-discipline professionals who have been pushing the boundaries of enterprise-level projects since 2011.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery on complex, multi-project portfolios, owning outcomes and keeping teams aligned against client and business objectives.
- Spot risks early through close tracking of progress, budget, and scope, and give stakeholders what they need to make good decisions.
- Drive quality through strong cross-functional collaboration and high delivery standards.
- Lead discovery that turns client goals into clear, workable plans with measurable impact.
- Grow client partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand engagement, increase value, and contribute to long-term account success.
Requirements
- Successfully deliver complex, CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, navigating scope, scale, and stakeholder expectations with confidence.
- Build trust with clients as a primary point of contact, providing clear guidance, managing escalations, and acting as a strategic partner throughout delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, collaborating with teams and leadership to keep projects on track and outcomes intact.
- Lead cross-functional teams effectively, aligning strategy, design, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality results while maintaining team momentum.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving informed decision-making.
