Atwix, a globally recognized e-commerce agency with a 15-year history of delivering technical excellence, is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our global delivery team. You will lead e-commerce projects for our clients - primarily B2B businesses - managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring seamless communication across client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent e-commerce projects (primarily Magento/Adobe Commerce and Shopware)
• Manage cross-functional global project teams including developers, designers, QA, and BAs across different time zones
• Own the full project lifecycle - from kickoff to post-launch - ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders; build trusted relationships through consistent communication
• Facilitate meetings, demos, and status updates, providing clear and proactive reporting on risks, progress, and blockers
• Maintain alignment between client goals and project delivery
• Collaborate with resource managers and tech leads to secure and manage project staffing
• Monitor budgets and track burn to ensure financial health across assigned accounts
• Provide input into forecasts and capacity planning
• Ensure delivery follows Atwix’s QA processes and performance standards
• Identify and implement process improvements based on lessons learned and evolving client needs
• Contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in an e-commerce agency environment
• Experience working with small projects and managing them simultaneously
• Proven experience delivering B2B e-commerce projects with complex requirements (custom pricing, catalogs, integrations, etc.)
• Familiarity with Magento/Adobe Commerce; experience with Shopware
• Strong client-facing presence with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated experience managing remote, cross-functional global teams
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
• Confident in navigating technical conversations with clients and internal teams
• Advanced English level

Nice to Have

• Experience with BigCommerce or Shopify
• PMP, Adobe, or Shopware or equivalent certification
