We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead challenging projects for leading global brands. This role offers flexible work options and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Coordinate and allocate internal and external resources for successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to the project team.
• Foster effective collaboration and communication within the team.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement.

• Professional Toolkit: Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the digital industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge in Notion, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
