About the Position
Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our global team. The ideal candidate will manage innovative digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Coordinate and allocate internal and external resources for successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to the project team.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication within the team.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the digital industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge in Notion, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- "Can do" attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid passport and bank account.
