About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget control. This role is crucial for guiding projects through their lifecycle and ensuring successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale project plans and timelines.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to the project team and cooperate with other departments.
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Provide proactive stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Qualification in Project Management is considered an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Portuguese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
- Attention to details even under pressure.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
