About the Role
- Plan, lead, and follow up on technical projects from start to finish.
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate activities between departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage risks, changes, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.
- Lead project meetings and report status to steering committees and management.
- Drive continuous improvements in project processes and working methods.
Requirements
- MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in project management within industry or technical fields.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of product development, production, or systems development.
- Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management frameworks.
Must Have
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice To Have
- Swedish, written and spoken.
