About the Position
One-V, a boutique web development company specializing in WordPress builds and ongoing site support, is expanding and hiring a Technical Project Manager. We are looking for a professional who can manage full web development projects and ongoing support with a strong technical background, preferably in WordPress.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client communication
- Capture project requirements (involving developers when needed)
- Define scope and create project estimates
- Align stakeholder expectations
- Break down tasks into actionable deliverables
- Manage development with the development team
- Maintain transparent progress tracking
- Control project scope
- Manage risks and dependencies
- Oversee website QA and deployment
- Maintain structured project reporting
- Gather and analyze client feedback
- Track incoming tickets
- Assign resources
- Ensure timely ticket resolution
- Escalate to a development project if needed
Requirements
- A technically minded PM with a former web development background:
- Option 1: 3+ years as a Project Manager in a web agency/studio, managing web development projects.
- Option 2: 1+ years as a Project Manager with a strong technical background, e.g. 3+ years of prior hands-on web development (frontend, backend, QA, or support engineering).
- Customer-facing PM experience
- Advanced English (B2+ is a must)
