Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of crypto products to lead the launch and development of innovative projects in the field of digital assets. You will operate at the intersection of product, business, and technology - coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.

Your Responsibilities

Project Management

• Participate in weekly and monthly calls with project teams.
• Prepare project status reports, including progress, risks, and priorities.
• Collaborate with other PMs to create sprint reports.
• Coordinate with the business development team to define strategic priorities.

Product Development

• Create and update technical documentation (specifications, user stories, flowcharts).
• Develop product logic for crypto wallets, platforms, and integrations.
• Participate in product design approval from a UX and functionality perspective.
• Maintain and update the product roadmap in collaboration with top management.

Technical Implementation Management

• Plan sprints and development tasks.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure the quality of delivered functionality.
• Prioritize tasks and manage the backlog.
• Communicate with contractors (developers, designers, integrators) regarding scope, timelines, and costs.
• Coordinate budgets and technical details with partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams to support product launches.
• Liaise with top management on regulatory requirements, licenses, and strategic initiatives.
• Support the process of obtaining regulatory approvals in the crypto sphere.

Your Skills and Experience

Required

• English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher (both spoken and written).
• Practical understanding of crypto wallet mechanics and blockchain interactions.
• Experience with L1 and L2 blockchain solutions.
• Basic understanding of smart contract principles.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap, AAVE).
• Ability to analyze product metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred

• Experience in fintech projects, particularly those involving payment cards linked to crypto assets.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC standards related to digital asset operations.
• Experience launching products in regulated environments.
