Your work will play a critical role in transforming clients' lives and shaping the future of global talent mobility.
Develop a range of case-related materials, conduct in-depth research, and collaborate with the Project Manager to craft winning case strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Client Projects: Take full ownership of client cases, from strategy development to final submission.
- Develop Winning Strategies: Analyze client achievements, collaborate with the team, and devise tailored case strategies.
- Oversee Execution: Manage all aspects of case preparation, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
- Client Interaction: Maintain proactive communication with clients, gathering inputs, providing updates, and addressing questions.
- Team Management: Guide and coach your team members, ensuring they stay aligned with the project goals and maintain excellence in execution.
- Quality Control: Review and refine all case materials, ensuring logical structure, persuasive storytelling, and compliance with visa requirements.
- Research and Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance case strategies through research, innovative tools, and best practices.
