Project Manager

About the Position

We are a rapidly growing product company entering the global gaming entertainment market. Our mission is to bring innovative business solutions to the iGaming industry by building cutting-edge technology products. Our core product is a SaaS gaming platform with 200+ microservices that powers a seamless gaming experience for millions of users worldwide. The platform provides a full suite of iGaming solutions, including game management, payments, analytics, CRM, and more.

We are entering a critical stage of growth, and our goal is to implement new solutions and approaches that will enable us to scale faster, smarter, and more efficiently. To help us reach this goal, we are actively expanding our management team, so we are looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all stages of the project development lifecycle;
• Break down and prioritize tasks, prepare technical documentation and implementation plans (roadmaps);
• Plan work scope to meet project objectives and deadlines;
• Analyze and improve team processes and metrics to boost productivity and delivery quality;
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure transparency, and align expectations;
• Conduct business analysis and identify optimal solutions to meet specific business needs;
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Solve problems as they arise and develop actionable plans for resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry;
• Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies;
• Proven track record of leading projects from initiation to successful delivery;
• Experience in scope assessment and prioritization;
• Ability to manage requirements, risks, and change requests;
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Understanding of software development life cycles and requirement lifecycles;
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence or other task tracking tools;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in the position of Business Analyst will be a plus.
