About the Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to spearhead web development projects, overseeing key tasks and spearheading primary development efforts. This role entails orchestrating the seamless execution of projects from inception to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both the team and clients
- Ability to manage priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Proficient in task deadline management
- Capacity to plan team workload effectively
- Proven track record in task execution oversight
- Experience in project budget management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within Software Development (Web)
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level is required for both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering motivation and inspiration among team members to achieve project objectives
- Demonstrated success in project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Good problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions for complex challenges
- Effective stakeholder management, including transparent communication of project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders across all levels
