About the Position

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place - bringing clarity and control to company expenses.

We are looking for a Project Manager to keep our teams aligned, our initiatives on track, and our execution sharp. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity - someone who brings structure without slowing things down and knows how to get things done in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects across multiple teams from initiation to delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers before they become problems
• Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and reporting
• Drive accountability across teams without direct authority
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working across the organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Able to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or fintech company
• Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• PMP or similar certification
