Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential new clients who can benefit from our expertise and solutions.
Client Consulting: Provide comprehensive consulting and support to our clients regarding our software solutions and services.
Proposal Management: Create compelling proposals, follow up on opportunities, and successfully negotiate contracts.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Project Management: Support client projects from the initial idea through successful completion, working closely with our teams.
Networking: Attend trade shows and industry events to expand your professional network and represent our company.

Education: A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
Experience: Several years of experience in sales, ideally in project-based business within the IT industry.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software solutions and project management.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive and independent work style, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Languages: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
