About the Position
The Executive Directorate of the Association of Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine, with the support of the Swiss government, is launching a new phase of the 5-year international technical assistance project in the field of energy efficiency. We are looking for a responsible person to fill the position of Project Manager Assistant in Lviv.

Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring the implementation of project tasks.
- Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, and other project events, preparing meeting minutes, and organizing logistics (conference services).
- Document cooperation with contractors (contracts, acts, invoices, etc.).
- Keep track of project experts' time sheets.
- Prepare project documentation, including reporting.
- Organize the procurement process in the project.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in energy, environment, public administration, or related disciplines).
- English language skills at least at B1 level.
- Computer skills and office programs (MS Office, Google Workspace, ZOOM).
- Ability to work in a team and the ability to learn quickly.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Experience in project management and/or cooperation with the authorities will be an advantage.
