About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager for Automation and Robotics to join our international high-tech consultancy firm in Padua, Italy.
Responsibilities
- Manage meetings of cross-functional teams, adapted to project phases
- Process and track anomalies in the company database
- Monitor project progress and provide reports to management
- Actively participate in technical project meetings
- Support in identifying and resolving the causes of anomalies
- Ensure the application of business methodologies for problem analysis and resolution
Requirements
- MSc in Mechanical, Automation, or Robotics Engineering
- Ability to read technical drawings and material overviews
- Ability to create presentations and technical reports
- Fluent in Italian and English
- 2+ years of professional experience
We Offer
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Trade – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount mentioned above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a profit-sharing component from projects, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's policy.
