We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a one-year contract to oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction site for a luxury residence project of our prominent steel producer clients in Egypt. This position requires working abroad and entails a strong command of English, a dedication to luxury standards, extensive knowledge of high-end construction methods, premium materials, and legal regulations. Responsibilities
- Serve as the client's primary representative
- Hold overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and handover of a luxury residential development
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Manage the relationship with main contractors and design firms to ensure project objectives are achieved within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with the company's vision for luxury living
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Project Management
- Strong background in Construction Management
- Proven skills in Team Leadership
