About the Position

Ranzato Impianti, a part of the TSG Italia Group specializing in the realization and management of civil and industrial technological systems, is looking for a Project Manager for Mechanical Plant Construction Sites to oversee contracts related to mechanical, thermo-hydraulic, and HVAC systems. The construction sites are primarily located in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, with the possibility of expanding projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Planning activities and setting priorities;
• Operational coordination of plant activities (mechanical, hydraulic, thermo-technical);
• Monitoring work progress and verifying correct technical execution;
• Cost control, budget management, and margin verification;
• Managing relationships with subcontractors, site technicians, and clients;
• Supervising technical and executive documentation;
• Supporting process improvement and the quality of installations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing plant contracts (mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, thermo-technical).
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical / Energy / Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Skills in technical, economic, and documentation management of construction sites.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel to assigned construction sites.

For this position, a salary package with an annual gross salary between € 40,000 and € 50,000 is expected, based on experience, skills, and the level of autonomy of the candidate. The contractual classification will be commensurate with the selected profile.
