Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements
About the Position
ENGAWA is seeking a Project Manager for Chinese gaming clients to support the expansion of major Chinese gaming companies into the Japanese market. This role involves coordinating with multi-site teams in Japan and China to drive game launches and campaign initiatives. You will leverage your language and business skills to create value across borders.
Responsibilities
- Client negotiations and requirement gathering
- Planning and managing promotional strategies for the Japanese market
- Coordinating with internal and external members, including the Hong Kong office
- Managing project schedules, KPI design, and reporting
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese and Japanese communication skills
- Experience playing major Chinese games such as Tencent and NetEase
- Skills to smoothly manage projects in collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in the advertising and marketing industry
- Project management experience in the gaming industry
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and localization
