Project Manager – Confirmed – Boeteplatform

We are seeking a Project Manager for Boeteplatform to oversee digital projects in the justice sector, ensuring efficient processing of fines and improved public service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from defining the IT solution to its implementation.
• Ensure optimal results that meet quality, performance, budget, and deadline specifications.
• Propose adjustments to project objectives (quality, cost, timeline) based on execution constraints or client requests.
• Manage the scope, risks, change requests, and validation/acceptance of the project.

Requirements

• Project Management: Full responsibility for the project management process, from start to completion, including detailed project planning, resource planning, and roadmap creation.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication about project progress and expectations.
• Budget Management: Responsible for establishing and managing the project budget, making accurate cost estimates, and monitoring financial health.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Software Management: Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and other project management and data exchange software.
• Data Management: Manage and optimize data flows, ensuring data security and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks that could impact project success, implementing preventive measures and ensuring timely response to mitigate impacts.
