Project Manager

About the Position

We're seeking a Project Manager for grant-funded projects in České Budějovice, Czechia. Manage end-to-end project administration and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate grant opportunities
• Create project concepts and prepare applications for various programs
• Administer approved projects, including monitoring reports, payment requests, project changes, publicity, documentation, and communication with funders
• Track implementation, funding conditions, and project budgets
• Provide progress reporting to leadership and grant providers
• Coordinate communication with project teams and partners

Requirements

• Experience with project management or grant project administration
• Ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and complete tasks
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to communicate in English or German
• Good user-level MS Office skills, especially Excel

We Offer

• Salary from 26,600 to 38,000 CZK per month
• Employment contract 0.7–1.0 FTE
