Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the reporting roadmap
- Drive the transition from manual reporting processes to Power BI reporting solutions
- Manage the migration from legacy systems to the target platform
- Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams
- Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy throughout the migration process
- Define, monitor, and track project plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Lead project governance activities and reporting processes
- Coordinate stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Audit, and IT teams
- Prepare and present project status updates to senior management
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs and performance indicators
- Manage project scope, priorities, and change requests
- Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met
- Support operational continuity throughout project execution
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across project stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting and data management processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Experience delivering data-driven or reporting-focused projects
- Strong experience managing data-centric initiatives
- Experience managing complex migrations and transformation programs
- Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence environments
- Experience working with Power BI projects
- Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders
- Strong project governance and delivery management skills
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Experience preparing executive reporting and governance materials
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Experience monitoring and defining project KPIs
- Experience managing project scope and change requests
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Results-oriented mindset with strong delivery focus
