Project Manager(Data Platform)

About the Position

Our partner, an international IT product company, is currently considering candidates for the position of Project Manager(Data Platform) for its office in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to the development and improvement of the corporate data platform from planning through delivery
• Coordinate work between business stakeholders, analytics teams, technical teams, and external vendors
• Work closely with an external vendor: define and assign tasks, coordinate execution, review and accept deliverables, control timelines and dependencies
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate regular status meetings and project syncs
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, decisions, timelines, and agreements
• Maintain and keep up to date documentation related to the data platform, including process descriptions and the product catalog

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, digital, or platform-related projects
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong skills in planning, coordination, timeline control, and risk management
• Experience maintaining project and technical documentation
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage dependencies
• Experience using project management and documentation tools
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
