About the Position
Project Manager
Matrix42 is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in IT project management to join our team in Espoo, FI or Frankfurt am Main, DE.
Your Mission
Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing IT environment? In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects, especially within the German market and ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery
- Lead and coordinate project teams and consultants
- Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and reporting
- Ensure projects run smoothly and achieve agreed objectives
- Manage risks, changes, and complex stakeholder situations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Oversee budget tracking and invoicing
- Contribute to improving ways of working and agile practices
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Several years (approx. 5+ years) of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience working in a SaaS environment
- Strong ability to manage projects independently with high ownership
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English (mandatory), Finnish and Swedish is a bonus
- Experience working with common PM frameworks (e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Service Management or Identity Management environments
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement
