About the Position
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex data centre projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through construction, commissioning, and project close-out. You will advise clients during the project initiation phase, supporting strategic decision-making and recommending delivery approaches that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities

- Advise clients during the project initiation phase, supporting strategic decision-making and recommending delivery approaches that align with business objectives.
- Define and establish project success criteria, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, technical performance, and risk management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust project governance, controls, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
- Manage integrated project programmes and ensure detailed project plans are developed, maintained, and regularly updated.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
- Lead procurement activities, including advising on procurement strategies, contractor selection, and resource planning.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate KPIs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation and recovery actions where required.
- Manage project scope, change control, commercial performance, and budget forecasting throughout project delivery.
- Oversee project reporting, ensuring timely communication of project status, risks, financial performance, and key milestones to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of excellence in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout all project phases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative delivery approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in Project Management within construction consultancy, engineering consultancy, or contractor environments.
