Project Manager (eCommerce / Shopify)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in eCommerce projects based on Shopify to join our team in Rzeszów, Poland. If you have a knack for managing IT projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality, budget, and timely delivery, we want you on board with Attomy.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Primarily eCommerce projects, but also e-commerce infrastructure (e.g., OMS, PIM, ERP).
• Team Coordination: Organizing work for project teams (designers, developers, testers).
• Project Execution: Ensuring projects are completed with a focus on Quality, Budget, and Time.
• Jira Management: Managing projects in Jira and participating in system improvements.
• Client Interaction: Engaging with clients and partners during implementations, guiding clients through the entire project delivery process.
• Product Development: Actively contributing to the creation of company products and defining goals for teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in working with clients in the Agile model and time & material billing.
• Good understanding of the eCommerce software domain.
• Ability to manage project teams of more than 5 people.
• Fluent budget, time, and scope management of projects.
• Excellent organization skills (calendar, email, phone, checklists).
• English proficiency at least at B2 level (for communication with international clients).
• Experience with Shopify/Odoo and related systems is a plus.
