About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager Fit-out to manage interior fit-out projects for commercial spaces in top locations in Poland.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and execution of investment projects for interior arrangements according to client requirements and internal company standards and procedures.
- Coordination of the preparation of tender/offer quotations and investment schedules, work schedules, and budgets.
- Selection of subcontractors, negotiation of cooperation terms.
- Supervision of work carried out by subcontractors to ensure full compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and quality guidelines.
- Monitoring of costs and final settlement of completed projects.
- Supervision over the preparation of post-construction documentation.
- Supervision over the review and elimination of defects and imperfections.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (civil engineering, sanitary engineering, architecture).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing construction projects for interior arrangements of commercial spaces in full industry scope or project execution for volumetric objects.
- Knowledge in preparing tender offers, selecting contractors for individual work packages.
- Knowledge of the fit-out market, including service and material suppliers.
- Very good knowledge of construction law.
- English language skills enabling documentation and subject-matter communication.
- Category B driving license.
- Unrestricted driving privileges will be an additional asset.
