About the Position
DFUNK – Dansk Flygtningehjælp Ungdom is seeking an experienced and organizationally strong project manager to establish a new project focusing on employment and education for refugees in Denmark.
About DFUNK
DFUNK is a nationwide organization working for and with young refugees in Denmark. Our goal is to create safe, equitable, and developmental communities across the country. Our efforts and activities help young refugees build confidence, engage in communities, and develop skills applicable in both voluntary and professional work environments. Our dedicated young volunteers play a crucial role in our organization and all aspects of our work.

The project aims to help young refugees find direction, receive support, and build networks to navigate the education system and job market. It will also contribute to making our local communities more sustainable through close and local support for our participants, volunteers, and partners.
This is a significant and ambitious initiative for DFUNK, offering a unique opportunity to shape and develop our future efforts and activities. As a project manager, you will collaborate with local volunteers, relevant stakeholders, and be responsible for the professional leadership of a team consisting of student assistants and interns. The project is fully financed.
