Responsibilities
- Plans budget, timelines, material supply volume, equipment readiness for product launch at all project stages from initiation to mass production.
- Manages procurement, warehouses, logistics, certification, marketing, incoming inspection, test batch production launch, contractors within the project implementation.
- Ensures seamless communication between departments, makes decisions, manages changes, consolidates project information, and stores it.
- Conducts meetings, monitors and controls project schedule execution.
- Coordinates materials, documentation readiness for orders, makes changes as needed.
- Selects and interacts with suppliers, manages risks throughout the process.
- Organizes and launches production of all stages and batches before transferring to mass production.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Fluent English (B1/B2 level).
- Experience in procurement management and vendor management.
- Experience in implementing projects into production (electronics or similar).
- Understanding of product launch from 0 to mass production. Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP.
- Understanding of production planning (MRP: demand, inventory, reservation, ordering).
- Project management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
- Coordination and management of procurement, logistics, production, warehouses.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ERP/MRP, and production tracking systems, Excel/Sheets with formulas, pivot tables, basic Power Query, MS Project/Monday.
- Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, specifications, CAD files).
- Basic reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze process bottlenecks.
- Practical application of optimization tools (basic understanding).
- RCA (Root Cause Analysis: 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Basic Lean / Kaizen thinking.
- Process mapping (flowcharts, BPMN).
- Risk matrix + mitigation planning.
