About the Position

We’re building a network of Freelance Project Managers who can lead, execute, and deliver complex digital initiatives from kickoff to launch. We’re looking for execution-focused professionals to collaborate with on a freelance basis-part-time or full-time, depending on project needs.
Salary
48 - 84 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B contract only)

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex digital initiatives from kickoff to launch.
- Manage fixed-price projects, tight scope boundaries, and proactive budget monitoring to keep projects profitable and on track.
- Navigate the chaos of an MVP or scale up an existing product.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Software Delivery Experience: Proven track record running web or mobile software projects.
- Agile Expertise + Pragmatism: Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt when necessary.
- Financial & Scope Discipline: Experience managing fixed-price projects and tight scope boundaries.
- Technical Literacy: Understanding of technical basics to communicate effectively with developers and assess technical constraints.
- Client-Facing Confidence: Comfort in direct contact with customers and business stakeholders, capable of managing expectations and delivering tough news.
- Fluent English (Min. C1): Exceptional written and spoken English, as 99% of our clients are English-speaking teams.
