We are looking for a Project Manager who will help transform ideas into projects, and projects into memorable experiences.

This role is for someone who loves order in processes no less than creativity in execution.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the implementation of marketing projects for goodwine care-from the first brief to the final result.

You will coordinate the team, contractors, and partners, manage timelines, budgets, material production, event organization, and dozens of details that together create a strong experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing projects from idea to implementation;
• Coordinate events, new product launches, collaborations, and special projects;
• Work with designers, copywriters, contractors, and internal teams;
• Develop timelines, budgets, specifications, and checklists;
• Monitor material production and event preparation;
• Synchronize all processes, control deadlines, and quality of implementation;
• Analyze results and seek opportunities to make the next project even better.

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management, Event Management, or marketing/creative agencies;
• Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously without losing details;
• Love for systematization, tables, deadlines, and clear processes;
• Willingness to take responsibility and independently drive projects forward;
• Ability to work with creative teams and understand how marketing projects are born;
• Calm response to changes and finding solutions instead of excuses.
