We are looking for a Project Manager to join our marketing team-a person who helps ideas become reality.

This role is for those who love order in processes, do not get lost among dozens of tasks, and know how to unite people around a common goal.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the implementation of goodwine marketing projects-from the first brief to the final launch.

You will coordinate teams, contractors, and processes, keeping focus on deadlines, details, and the quality of implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leading marketing campaigns, launches, and special projects;
• Coordinating the work of designers, copywriters, contractors, and internal teams;
• Forming timelines, technical tasks, budgets, and checklists;
• Monitoring the production of POSM, packaging, printed, and digital materials;
• Synchronizing processes, highlighting risks, and helping the team move forward;
• Analyzing project implementation and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management, Marketing, Creative, or PR projects;
• Understanding how a marketing project is built-from brief to launch;
• Love for systematization, tables, and clear processes;
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
• Independently seeing the next steps and not waiting for detailed instructions;
• Open communication, quick response to changes, and bringing things to completion.
