Project Manager in Miltech Expert (Part-time)

Ми запускаємо новий формат нашої серії курсів з підвищення кваліфікації. Для курсу «Керівник проєктів у військово-технічній галузі» нам потрібна людина, яка керувала проєктами в українській оборонній промисловості, мала справу з державними тендерами та сертифікацією, а також забезпечувала злагоджену роботу команд, що займаються апаратним та програмним забезпеченням, а також операційною діяльністю.
Responsibilities
- Удосконалення теоретичних та практичних завдань курсу з урахуванням власного професійного досвіду в цій галузі.
- Розробка практичних завдань, пов’язаних із конкретними функціональними цілями.
- Проведення сесій запитань і відповідей у режимі реального часу на основі запитань, які студенти надсилають заздалегідь через форму.
- Виявлення прогалин у теорії та передача інформації про них команді з розробки навчальних програм.
Requirements
- Практичний досвід управління проєктами або продуктами у сфері оборонних технологій: безпілотники, радіоелектронна боротьба, розвідка, спостереження та рекогносцировка або системи управління та контролю.
- Практичні знання у сфері державних закупівель: державні тендери, правила закупівель, вимоги до сертифікації.
- Досвід роботи в умовах швидких циклів «зворотний зв’язок з передової - оновлення продукту», а не квартальних дорожніх карт.
- Досвід керівництва міжфункціональними командами, що охоплюють сфери апаратного та програмного забезпечення, а також операційну діяльність.
Nice to Have
- Досвід служби у Збройних силах України або тісні робочі зв’язки з військовими підрозділами.
- Досвід роботи над проєктами в оборонній сфері, що фінансуються коштом грантів або за підтримки донорів - НАТО, DIU та інших подібних організацій.
- Досвід виступів на конференціях Miltech або в рамках екосистеми Brave1.
