About the Position
Join TMC as a Project Manager in Industrial Automation, coordinating multi-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of projects and milestones throughout the product development cycle
- Coordinate multi-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing
- Track project risks, issues, and action plans, ensuring timely resolutions
- Support activities for product validation, prototyping, and industrialization
- Work closely with technical stakeholders, suppliers, and business teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
- MSc in Werktuigbouwkunde, Industriële, Automatiseringstechniek or similar
- Strong communicative and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in automation environments (a plus)
- Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, and Word
We Offer
- A fixed employment contract
- A gross annual salary – RAL will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Trade – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services
- A competitive compensation package, including a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance
