Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, executing, and controlling projects;
• Assist in defining and updating the project schedule and WBS;
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports;
• Track contract obligations and milestones;
• Support financial control, budgeting, and variance analysis;
• Assist in managing project documentation and version control;
• Support in preparing and managing project meetings (materials, minutes, follow-up);
• Coordinate operations with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements;
• Use project management tools (schedule, KPIs, dashboards).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Management and similar);
• Basic knowledge of Project Management principles;
• Ability to define time, budget, and quality objectives;
• Good knowledge of project management techniques and planning and control logic;
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with planning software (MS Project or Primavera);
• Plus: PMP, PMI, CAMP, ISIPM courses, and university courses related to railway systems.

• Strong goal orientation;
• Good analytical, synthesis, and teamwork skills;
• Ability to effectively and proactively interact with all internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and project effectiveness.

We Offer

The employment relationship will be governed by R.D. 148/1931 and the Autoferrotranvieri CCNL. The expected salary for the position is between €30,000 and €40,000.

The specific compensation will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the position requirements.

Additionally, the following are considered preferential qualifications: possession of the requirements under Article 1 or belonging to the protected categories under Article 18 of Law 68/99.

Employees have the option to work remotely up to 8 days per month, with a maximum of 2 days per week. For on-site colleagues, the start time is flexible from 8 to 9 AM, with an end time from 4:33 to 5:33 PM.
