About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 1.5+ years of experience in IT project management to join our team in Ivano Frankivsk, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring full-cycle project management from business idea to the successful delivery
- Decomposition of tasks, analysis of requirements, and achieving targets according to sprint goals
- Project estimation planning and setting deadlines
- Issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management
- Monitoring project progress, team performance on a regular base, and searching for the best decisions which lead to successful solutions
- Creating and monitoring of project documentation, plans, and regular reports to the main stakeholders
- Communication and reporting to the customers
- Participating in strategic planning of the project roadmap with the customers
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in agile development methodologies, frameworks (Agile - Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Waterfall (PMBoK, Prince, etc.)
- Strong communication, time management, people management, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of project business strategies
- Work in small, highly skilled, and efficient team
- Project management experience of mobile and web development
- At least intermediate written and spoken English skills
- Technical experience is highly desirable
