We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Ivano Frankivsk to organize, unite, and inspire the team!

Responsibilities

Ensuring full-cycle project management from business idea to the successful delivery
Decomposition of tasks, analysis of requirements, and achieving targets according to sprint goals
Project estimation planning and setting deadlines
Issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management
Monitoring project progress, team performance on a regular basis, and searching for the best decisions which lead to successful solutions
Creating and monitoring of project documentation, plans, and regular reports to the main stakeholders
Communication and reporting to the customers
Participating in strategic planning of the project roadmap with the customers

1.5+ years of experience in IT project management
Experience in agile development methodologies, frameworks Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Waterfall (PMBoK, Prince, etc.)
Strong communication, time management, people management, and leadership skills
Knowledge of project business strategies
Project management experience of mobile and web development
At least intermediate written and spoken English skills
Technical experience is highly desirable
