NETLS LLC is a software development company founded in 2016 in Ivano-Frankivsk. We are an efficient team of specialists offering a full range of IT services. Our engineers specialize in system architecture for startups, cloud solutions for big data, and Data Science software. That is why we are now looking for a Project Manager - a strong team player who is ready for new challenges, seeks to independently influence their income level, and will become a true ambassador of our company.
Responsibilities
- Collecting requirements for the project
- Setting tasks for team members
- Managing the planning process (defining the plan and preparing for project implementation)
- Maintaining the project document flow
- Analyzing ready-made technical solutions, selecting the best ones based on the data obtained
- Control over the timing of project tasks
- Controlling the scope of tasks and team capabilities
- Communicating with the team and the client, setting up the workflow (development, testing, working with requirements)
- Reporting to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Project Manager experience from 1 year in IT (If a person has the right soft skills, we will ready to take an intern)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in any other field is welcome
- Understanding of methodologies
- Setting up processes
- Knowledge of the principles of web programming and mobile development
- High communication skills
- Experience in managing people (creation, scaling, dismissal, rotation of team members)
- Skills in creating a work plan, decomposition of tasks for programmers
- Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher

- Interface prototyping
- Ability to correctly measure and improve the performance of the development department
