About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Java to lead and deliver complex technical projects while managing offshore teams and driving AI-powered delivery. In this role, you will oversee project priorities, ensure quality standards, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Run Kanban boards, control SLOs, and ensure alignment with project priorities
Management of approximately 20+ offshore personnel
Resolution of staffing issues to enhance the overall quality and performance of the team
Effective management of stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives
Oversight of code reviews and clean code practices across projects
Definition and tracking of delivery metrics to measure team performance
Drive AI adoption and AI-driven delivery within project workflows
Ownership of solution and technical architecture of the projects

Requirements

10-12 years of relevant working experience
Background in Java development
Expertise in Project Management, People Management, and delivery metrics
Proficiency in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline, and clean code practices
Skills in solution and technical architecture of projects
Competency in AI adoption and AI-driven delivery
