Project Manager Junior

About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager Junior to join our team in Chernivtsi or remotely. Your role will involve managing projects and ensuring successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions in uncertain conditions, considering risks and priorities.
• Plan and organize teamwork to achieve results within set deadlines.
• Ensure process transparency: communicate clearly with clients and the team, informing them about changes and risks.
• Conduct negotiations with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Analyze project data and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere, maintaining motivation and efficiency.
• Provide your team members with feedback.
• Be in charge of the delivery flow process.

Requirements

• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong AI skills
• 1+ year of experience in management
• Advanced English

• Cheerful responsible personality
• Project Management Experience: Planning and organizing team activities (setting goals, defining requirements, and controlling deadlines).
• Presentation Skills: Confidently and clearly deliver presentations to both the team and clients.
• Knowledge in Project lifecycle
• Risk Management skills: Identifying, analyzing risks, and developing response plans.
• Team Management skills: Organizing retrospectives, sprint planning, and leading daily standups.
• High communication and negotiation skills:
  • Ability to establish effective communication between clients and the team
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of both the team and clients.
  • Strong communication skills for regularly updating clients on project progress and potential risks.
  • Ensure mutual understanding and agreement between the client and the team
